2. AirBorn Facility Collaboration and Integration
$4.5k per videox 2 videos. This includes the average cost per video, covering the creative concept development, producing, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production to deliver a high-quality video that meets your specific requirements. -
Travel and Accommodations: $0.00
The Travel and Accommodations fee for this project is $12.8k and is captured and paid for within another project. At this time, there are no additional anticipated fees within this new project's scope.
For shoots requiring travel to specific locations, this fee covers our team's travel expenses, accommodation, and any necessary arrangements to bring your vision to life in diverse settings. Locations: Lake City, Little Falls, and Taunton. -
Rush Service $0.00
This $4.5k Rush Service is captured and paid for within another project. At this time, there are no additional anticipated fees within this new project's scope.
All travel and final video products to be completed and approved by AirBorn by Friday, July 12, 2024. A rush service fee is required due to the aggressive timeframe and the magnitude of the video production ask. This rush service ensures prompt completion of your project without compromising on quality. -
Additional Services: TBD
This category covers any miscellaneous or additional services not included in the other buckets. These may include motion graphics, voiceovers, stock video purchases, final delivery hardware, specialized animations, or any extra elements to enhance the final product. These purchases will only be made with the approval of the client.

Payment Terms:
Our payment terms are designed to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. To commence the project, after a contract is signed by both parties, we kindly request a 50% upfront payment within seven (7) days, which covers any essential expenses for the production, specifically booking travel. Final 50% of payment due before end of AirBorn’s fiscal year; June 30, 2024.
