Video and Onsite Production Fee: $18K
Standard Short Form Video; $4.5k x 4 videos - This includes the average cost per video, covering the creative concept development, producing, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production to deliver a high-quality video that meets your specific requirements.

Travel and Accommodations: $11.2K
For shoots requiring travel to specific locations, this fee covers our team's travel expenses, accommodation, and any necessary arrangements to bring your vision to life in diverse settings.

Rush Service $4.5k
A rush service fee is required due to the aggressive timeframe and the magnitude of the video production ask. This rush service ensures prompt completion of your project without compromising on quality.

Candid Photography: $2k
(While we are there) In addition to our video acquisition, we'll provide candid professional photography services to capture stunning images that tell your brand's story. All final edited images will be turned over for any future marketing uses.

Additional Services: TBD
This category covers any miscellaneous or additional services not included in the other buckets. These may include motion graphics, voiceovers, stock video purchases, final delivery hardware, specialized animations, or any extra elements to enhance the final product. These purchases will only be made with the approval of the client.

Payment Terms:
Our payment terms are designed to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. To commence the project, after a contract is signed by both parties, we kindly request a 50% upfront payment within seven (7) days, which covers any essential expenses for the production, specifically booking travel. Upon delivering the final videos, we request the remaining 50% payment within 30 days.
