OPTION 1: New Hosting Environment + E-Commerce $5.5K
This option includes setting up a new hosting site (move from Network Solutions to GoDaddy, Ionos, SIteground or similar hosting service.) and creating a mirror of the existing website built on the WordPress platform, ensuring a more reliable and efficient online presence. Additionally, it involves the development of new landing pages with the integration of e-commerce functionality to enhance user engagement and interaction for events.

OPTION 2: Complete Redesign + Revised User Experience $9k
Option 2 encompasses everything in Option 1 and takes it a step further. It involves a complete redesign of the website, including the modification or addition of any new copy you'd like to provide to update or enhance the site's visual appeal and messaging.

This includes the setup and integration of ~80 individual email addresses for your Central Committee Members and the like. Does not include cost associated with email provider

Add-on: Monthly Maintenance Agreement $350/mo
This will provide you with a guaranteed 5 hours of web maintenance and basic content updates per month. Time will be used to ensure website security is maintained, performance testing to ensure the site is running as efficiently as possible, troubleshooting, and implement content updates (i.e. e-commerce events)

Payment Terms:
Our payment terms are designed to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. To commence the project, after a contract is signed by both parties, we kindly request a 50% upfront payment within seven (7) days. Upon delivering the website launch, we request the remaining 50% payment within 30 days.
